Theme: Trends in Modern Radar-Guided SAMs
Objective: To provide a comprehensive technical review of modern adversary surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems and air defense directed energy weapons (DEW) including capabilities, concepts of operation, electronic protection features, recent developments, and near-term projections. Attendance at this event is appropriate for those involved in the design, development, testing, evaluation and employment of electronic warfare systems, techniques, and tactics for protection of U.S. and allied fixed and rotary wing aircraft and weapon systems against air defense threats.

Security
All persons attending SAMs 2025 must hold a current clearance at the SECRET level for the first 2 days of the summit and a TS//SCI clearance for last day on Day 3. Below are specific instructions regarding passing clearances. Clearance certifications must be completed NLT 25 August 2025.
Those attendees who have an Intelligence Community Badge (blue badge) are not required to submit clearance requests to attend but are required to present their badges during in-processing and for access to the MSIC Complex. All attendees who do not have an Intelligence Community Badge (blue badge) must submit a clearance request. Clearance certifications must be completed NLT 25 August 2025 and clearly indicate the purpose of the visit to MSIC.
Purpose: "Attend the AOC MSIC SAMs, 16 – 18 September 2025".
The first 2 days of the summit will be held at the collateral level. To send collateral clearances you can use DISS or send the clearance via fax.

Base Access
Bus transportation will be provided to the from the Huntsville Marriott at the Space & Rocket Center and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Huntsville Redstone Gateway every morning and returning every afternoon due to extremely limited parking. Local attendees with a Redstone Arsenal badge can drive their POV on base - All others must ride the bus. In order to board the bus, you must be on the approved registration list and show proper ID.

Transportation
Attendees must take a bus on and off Redstone Arsenal.
Shuttles will run on a continuous loop, with the first bus departing from hotels at 6:45 AM and the last bus heading to Redstone Arsenal at 7:30 AM. Buses will transport attendees back to hotels each afternoon when the summit day concludes.
Note: All attendees must be on the cleared SAMs attendee list to board the bus.
