Theme: Challenges and Benefits of Integrating Into JADC2
Objective: Collaborative Warfare is driving all aspects of modern warfare into a new reality. To achieve efficient situational awareness (SA), effective mission planning, coordination, and execution requires a new integrated and cooperative paradigm to achieve battlefield superiority. The employment of coordinated cyber capabilities as well as distributed and cognitive networked EW systems must be selected carefully to deliver the best mission effectiveness as well as maintain mission assurance. The challenges of enabling dynamic resource allocation fall to Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). The JADC2 Implementation plan was signed by Deputy Secretary of Defense (DSD) Dr. Kathleen Hicks signed on March 15, 2022. Each service is working to integrate TTP and capabilities into JADC2 to enable this force multiplier for all services and agencies. At this conference, we will advance that effort by gathering the best minds and decision-makers in their fields to discuss plans, objectives, successes and challenges with this transformational move in strategic planning and mission execution.
