Empowering Women in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW in EW) aims to support and champion female professionals across academia, military, government, and industry within the electromagnetic warfare (EW) field.

The initiative seeks to foster an environment where women are encouraged, supported, and provided opportunities to succeed, lead, and contribute meaningfully to the mission.

EW in EW aims to:

• Give women in the EW field a place to connect with and relate to other women
• Foster a network that connects women across military, academia, government, and industry, supporting career development and professional growth at every stage of the electromagnetic warfare (EW) profession.
• Discuss critical career growth competencies such as negotiation value, resume building, how to work in the EW industry
• Provide a mentoring program
• Help mentees become mentors
