Theme: Connecting EMSO Challenges with Innovative Solutions

Objective: The annual Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Capabilities and Gaps Conference unites industry, academia, military, and government organizations to address the evolving challenges within the Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) landscape. This forum will explore cutting-edge advancements in EW systems, multi-domain integration, and non-kinetic solutions to meet the operational needs of Combatant Commands in complex, contested and congested environments. Attendees will share insight into how industry and services are driving innovation through assessment test events, refining transition pathways, digital engineering, and rapidly fielding technologies to ensure EMS superiority.

Topics will focus on identifying warfighter challenges, innovative technology development and the opportunities to bridge the two.  Discussions will include the role of Digital Engineering (i.e., autonomy, AI/ML, Data Analytics) in developing adaptive cognitive EW systems; leveraging advanced EMS deception and disruption techniques; and integrating solutions across domains to enhance operational effectiveness. Speakers will discuss strategies for overcoming barriers to innovation, share updates on real-world test events, and outline how collaboration across stakeholders is accelerating the development and deployment of transformative capabilities. The goal of the event is to bridge capabilities and gaps through engagement and critical discussions that will help shape the future of EW and multi-domain warfare.
