Call for papers is now open!
Theme: Connecting EMSO Challenges with Innovative Solutions
Call for Papers: Technical papers are being solicited from the United States Government, Academia, Industry, Operational Units, and Subject Matter Experts on concepts, technologies, and capabilities that will enable Force Level Electromagnetic Warfare.
Abstract Submissions should be UNCLASSIFIED – however, final presentations MUST be at the Secret//NOFORN classification.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Abstracts Due: April 11, 2025 .
Notification of Acceptance: Week of April 28, 2025
Final Presentations Due: June 13, 2025
Security Clearance(s) Due: June 13, 2025.
Registration
in Online Registration will open April 7, 2025.
- AOC Member: Industry/Contractor - $775 (includes meal package and Full Registration)
- Non-Member: Industry/Contractor - $875 (includes meal package and Full Registration)
- Active Military & Active Government Civilian (no meal package) FREE
Please note: Registrants must have proper security clearance and be cleared to attend.
*Active government civilian does not include contractors working for the government. Valid Government ID must be presented at check-in.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email your cancellation request to events@crows.org. Refunds will be issued minus a $75 administrative fee for all paid registrations. No refunds after July 2, 2025 at Noon or for no-shows. Online registration will close July 2, 2025 at noon. Any registration after that time will need to register onsite, space permitting.
