Event Update

Due to the ongoing government shutdown, the Association of Old Crows has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s CEMA event. While we explored every possible option to move forward, it has become clear that holding the event this year is simply not feasible.

We are already planning to return next year with the full, on-base CEMA event that our community knows and values. We’ll be working closely with the local team at Aberdeen Proving Ground to confirm dates as soon as they are back in their offices. It’s too early to project specific dates, but we will share them as soon as possible.

For attendees who have paid registration fees, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method received initially. If your registration was free/comped, it will be automatically canceled, and no further action is required.

We want to thank all of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners for their patience, support, and understanding during this challenging time. The CEMA community remains strong, and we look forward to welcoming you back next year—stronger, better, and ready to reconnect in person.
