Theme: Spectrum Dominance — Maneuvering as an “Inside” Force
The Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) 2023 conference is hosted by the Association of Old Crows (AOC), PEO IEW&S, CCDC C5ISR, and the local APG Susquehanna Roost Chapter. We anticipate 800+ attendees ranging from active-duty military, government leaders, industry partners, academia, and related organizations that have a common interest in achieving electromagnetic spectrum superiority. Key focus areas include all-domain sensing that applies integrated EW/SIGINT/Cyber capabilities for situational awareness, deep sensing and precision targeting in support of long range kinetic and non-kinetic effects. This forum will connect warfighters, program managers, science and technology subject matter experts, and decision makers to enable discussions regarding current and future operational gaps/needs, program updates, technology advancements, and the latest in policy and planning. Attendees are encouraged to attend classified briefings, tour the informative exhibits, and use this event for professional and technical development, networking, and business development.
