AOC Elections

President-Elect

• • Serves as the Vice President for first year
  • Serves in the absence of the President
  • President-Elect automatically succeeds to the Presidency
  • Performs such duties as identified in the bylaws or assigned by the President
  • Monitors the progress of the Strategic Plan and helps set the strategic plan

• At-Large (2 open positions)
  • Represent AOC and its mission
  • Participate on Committees/Special projects as assigned
  • Support Regional Directors with Chapter initiatives as needed
  • Promote membership (individual and industry)
  • Assist with raising funds

• Pacific Region Director*
  • Act as the voice of the members in their region
  • Communicate often with the chapter officers in their region
  • Visit their local chapters
  • Set up Quarterly meetings/conference calls with the chapters in their region
  • Attend Chapter Presidents Virtual meetings
  • Report/give and update on what’s happening in your Region at each Board meeting

• Northwestern Region Director*
  • Act as the voice of the members in their region
  • Communicate often with the chapter officers in their region
  • Visit their local chapters
  • Set up Quarterly meetings/conference calls with the chapters in their region
  • Attend Chapter Presidents Virtual meetings
  • Report/give and update on what’s happening in your Region at each Board meeting

• International Region 1 Director*
  • Act as the voice of the members in their region
  • Communicate often with the chapter officers in their region
  • Visit their local chapters
  • Set up Quarterly meetings/conference calls with the chapters in their region
  • Attend Chapter Presidents Virtual meetings
  • Report/give and update on what’s happening in your Region at each Board meeting

*Please note: You must live within the region to be nominated for the Regional Director position.
