Registration
Online registration will open June 2026.
We encourage attendees register early as this event has historically reached capacity well in advance.
Online registration will close at noon on September 15, 2026. We will not accept on-site registration.

Security
All persons attending SAMs 2026 must hold a current clearance at the SECRET level for the first 2 days of the summit and a TS//SCI clearance for last day on Day 3. Below are specific instructions regarding passing clearances. Clearance certifications must be completed NLT September 2, 2026.
Those attendees who have an Intelligence Community Badge (blue badge) are not required to submit clearance requests to attend but are required to present their badges during in-processing and for access to the MSIC Complex. All attendees who do not have an Intelligence Community Badge (blue badge) must submit a clearance request. Clearance certifications must be completed September 2, 2026 and clearly indicate the purpose of the visit to MSIC.
Purpose: "Attend the AOC MSIC SAMs, 22–24 September 2026".
The first 2 days of the summit will be held at the collateral level. To send collateral clearances you can use DISS or send the clearance via fax.

The last day of SAMs 2026 will be held at the SCI level. To send SCI clearances you can use DISS or send via electrical message.

Base Access
Bus transportation will be provided to the from the selected host hotels (TBD) and returning every afternoon due to extremely limited parking. Local attendees with a Redstone Arsenal badge can drive their POV on base – All others must ride the bus. To board the bus, you must be on the approved registration list and show proper ID.
