The Association of Old Crows (AOC) invites you to participate in the Small Business Showcase at AOC 2023. The event will take place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, MD, December 11-13, 2023.

Small Business Showcase participants will enjoy networking among 2000 professionals from 30+ countries, including representatives from over 65 AOC chapters from around the world. The Small Business Showcase will provide access to leaders from the government, military and industry, including DOD Acquisition Officials, MOD staff, Military EW and SIGINT program managers, EW operators, and both public and private sector subject matter experts.

Pricing
  • Member Rate: $2,950
  • Non-Member Rate: $3,200

The cost to participate in the Small Business Showcase is 50% off regular member or non-member exhibitor rate. You will receive:

  • Dedicated location on the show floor (limited space available)
  • The Small Business Showcase operates on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Four booth personnel passes (per 10’x10’ space)
  • Two exhibition hall only passes
  • 50% off Audie Expo Basic Exhibitor Package (6’ skirted table, 2 side chairs, 10x10 carpet); an approximate $375 value

To participate in the Showcase, although certification is not required, prospective small businesses should meet criteria established by the Small Business Administration (SBA), such as veteran- or women-owned, 8(a), HUBZone, and/or organizations not exceeding the appropriate number of employees and/or annual receipts over a three-year period; provide a product or service applicable to EW-related mission areas; and must be a new exhibitor or one who has not exhibited at the annual convention in the last five years.

Companies are limited to a 2-year maximum at being able to take advantage of the Small Business Showcase. After 2 years, standard rates will apply for exhibiting companies.
