By registering for the 60thth Annual AOC International Symposium & Convention, you agree to adhere to the below policies to sustain a healthy and safe environment for our attendees. It’s important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions. Any and all private health and personal data will be treated with confidentiality and sensitivity.
AOC will follow any local, state, CDC or venue guidelines current at the time of our event.
Wellness Agreement
Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. AOC or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues will be taking all legal, prudent, and advisable measures to reduce the risk of virus/illness transmission between people while attending this event. Despite our best efforts, we will be unable to reduce the level of risk to zero.
By attending this event, I agree to:
- Voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold the AOC or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable should I contract an illness or should anything else happen to me during my participation in this event. I will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, minimize face touching and frequently washing hands. Wearing a mask in public areas when not consuming food or beverage is encouraged for all non-vaccinated attendees.
- I agree to not attend the 60th Annual AOC International Symposium & Convention if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
- I understand that these regulations may become more or less strict at any time between now and the event dates, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control.
