  • Where is the General Session/Main Stage located?Attendees can access the Main Stage by entering through the Exhibit Hall on the Lower Atrium level of the Gaylord. Download the new Gaylord app here for help with finding your way around the property.
  • Who can attend the Program Manager Briefing Series (PMBS) sessions?The PMBS sessions are open to booth personnel and master pass attendees only (closed to media).
  • Where is the coffee located?
    Monday - Wednesday morning coffee will be available just outside of the Main Stage entrance in the exhibit hall from 7:30 - 8:30 AM.
  • Where can I get lunch?
    Lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall Monday - Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
  • Can I attend the Welcome Reception if I don't have my badge?
    Yes, while we prefer you wear your badge for quick entry, we will also have an attendee list to confirm attendance at the door.
  • Are there any good places to eat near the hotel?
    Please visit the Things to do in/around National Harbor information on the convention website.
  • What is the Wi-Fi and password?
    Wi-Fi is accessible to all guests staying on property throughout the venue - simply log in using the same access you use in your room. Those not staying at the hotel can access the Gaylord Wi-Fi in public spaces without a login.
  • Do you have a lost and found?
    Yes, our lost and found is located at Registration & Badge Pickup in the Ballroom Level Pre-function Area.
  • My badge didn't survive my coffee this morning, can I get another one?
    Damaged badges may be turned in and re-issued at no cost. Lost badges will be re-issued upon the delegate's presentation of proper identification. A $25 fee will apply.
  • Are slides/briefs available before the event?
    Slides and briefs are not available before the event. AOC will have a password-protected website available to Master Pass attendees to access approved and releasable slides and briefs after the event.
  • How can I get in touch with speakers after the event?
    Speakers who approve their email being released will be listed on a password-protected website accessible after the event to Master Pass attendees.
