The AOC International Symposium & Convention is the largest event for members of the EW community. For companies and organizations trying to make an impression or an impact, there is simply no better opportunity to interface with clients, customers, and critical decision makers. These opportunities are turn-key — All you have to do is purchase and send us artwork directly; we'll take care of the rest!

Exhibit Hall


Exhibit Hall Column Wrap

Speaker Lounge
Get your brand in front of AOC keynote, VIP, and distinguished speakers by sponsoring the 2nd year of the Speaker Lounge located in the exhibit hall. Speakers gather in the lounge to prep for their sessions and network with colleagues throughout the conference.

Exhibit Hall Tabletop Graphics (set of 25)
Talk about bang for your buck! In such a packed exhibit hall, real estate is hard to come by. Make sure your organization is positioned strongly, specifically be on top of standing tables across the exhibit hall! Include your branding, information, or logo to adorn the tops of the tables.

Triangle Booth Banner
Exhibit halls are busy and bustling, and you always want to stand out! Draw attendees eyes and attention with these large triangle banners, suspended from the ceiling right above your booth. This opportunity will give your booth the additional exposure that you're looking for. This option is only available to exhibitors with a 10x10 or 10x20 booth.

Exhibit Hall Entrance Sign Covers
Grab the attention of attendees even before they walk into the exhibit hall with a sign cover!

Escalator Lobby Banner
If there’s one way to get everyone’s eyes on your company, it’s with this banner hanging above the doors as you head from the conference sessions or registration down to the exhibit hall and back.

Get all eyes on your brand as the official registration sponsor! Each attendee at the event will see your logo both pre-show and while onsite at the convention.

Escalator Wraps and Staircase Clings
As the escalator and stair graphics sponsor, your brand will be seen on two (2) sets of escalators and stairs leading from the registration and breakout sessions area to the exhibit hall.

Attendee Badge Lanyards
It’s a great feeling to see your organization’s name hanging from everyone’s neck at an event! If you choose the attendee badge lanyards as an additional branding opportunity, you’re guaranteed to see your logo or company name everywhere. Speakers, attendees, even AOC staff will have your branding attached to them!

Hotel Room Keycards
Reach attendees as soon as they arrive at the event by sponsoring the hotel room keycards.
